SHORT FORM
Think of someone you care deeply about and imagine that the person is surrounded by a field of white light that has the miraculous power to cleanse negativity in all forms. Imagine that all the pores in this personâs body open up and that the cleansing white light enters their body, washing away all the mental effects of everything negative that has been done to them or that they have done to others. The negativity comes out of their pores and their lower orifices as soot or gray mist leaving this person with a mental state of peace, clarity, love, and joy. The pores then close to seal in and protect the purity of this personâs state of mind. Next imagine this sequence happening to all of your friends and every person in your family. Then to everyone in your neighborhood, your state, your country, and ultimately to everyone in the world.
